Congratulations to Levon Hawreliak and Ideen Samadi who were both named PFC Players of the Week for Week 9!

PFC Offensive Player of the Week

Running back #22 – Levon Hawreliak – Edmonton Wildcats
Fans in Edmonton were treated to a record breaking day as the Wildcats and the Regina Thunder concluded the regular season. Cats’ running back Levon Hawreliak had one of those days most players only dream of. He led the offensive attack with 40 carries for 383 yards and a touchdown. His 383 yards set a new PFC record for yards in a single game and his 40 carries are second most all time in the PFC. Hawreliak also caught a pass for five yards. He is the PFC Offensive Player of the Week.

PFC Special Teams Player of the Week

Kicker #14 – Ideen Samadi – Edmonton Wildcats
Both Edmonton teams will play post season football after the Wildcats scored a tie in their regular season finale. 16 of the 24 points the Cats scored were courtesy off the foot of kicker and PFC Special Teams Player of the Week, Ideen Samadi. The second year kicker was 5 of 8 in field goal attempts and converted on the lone PTA try.
