Sad news in the Football Community this morning:

“It is with profound sadness and deep sorrow that I inform you of the sudden passing of my beloved wife Heather Pankovich.

Heather passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday while at home. Heather enjoyed life and always lived it to the fullest. Each of you had special connections and memories with her; whether it be at work, 50.50, football, or other friendships, she cherished them all. She positively impacted the lives of all those she encountered. Her smile was beautiful and her laughter infectious.
Visitation will take place Monday, May 23 3:00-4:30 pm and Tuesday, May 24 1:00-2:30 pm at Connelly-McKinley Ltd. 10011-114 Street, Edmonton. Funeral services will be held at Connelly-McKinley Ltd. 10011-114 Street on Tuesday May 24, 3 pm. Further details will be available at www.connelly-mckinley.com.
