Wildcats On Bye Week

After last weekends lose to the Winnipeg Rifles, the Edmonton Wildcats head into a bye week focused on a week of hard intense practice leading up to next weekend’s matchup. Their next contest will see the Wildcats host their cross town rivals the Edmonton Huskies in the Black and Blue game, Saturday September 17th at 7:00pm. Both teams are 0-4 and hungry to beat each other. It should make for a hard hitting entertaining game with both teams looking to post their first win of the season.

Practice on Thursday saw the team wearing their High School Jerseys during practice at Rundle Park. This is a tradition that the Wildcats have done over the last few years and brings an entertaining and fun spirit to the practice.

All Edmonton Wildcat practices are at Rundle Park and the players take to the field around 7:00 pm nightly.
